I heard about Dr. Jeremy Ayres on the CarnivoreCast podcast with the group called “The Human Unleashed” in May 2020. They talked about healing that can happen with natural solutions like aligning circadian rhythm with sunlight, earthing and more. I had been eating the Carnivore way for 5 months at that time and lowered my blood pressure, solved severe heart burn issues and had steady weight loss but was still suffering with hot flashes and menopause unless I remained on bio identical hormones. Dr Jeremy saved my life. Two years ago, I had a very serious and acute health issue. I reached out to Dr Jeremy. He took an extensive medical history and wrote a specific protocol to address the underlying problems. During the first month, this involved water fasting several days per week and 100% carnivorous feasting on the days he recommended I eat. My symptoms were very intense during the first month but Dr Jeremy's hand-holding and experience dealing with serious health issues gave me confidence that it was all the result of my body doing the work that needed to be done. As he said many times, "Your body literally doesn't know how to work against you!" After 6 weeks, my health had taken a major turn for the better. As we worked longer, we addressed other issues which accelerated the healing even further. I first heard Dr. Jeremy Ayres speak at a carnivore health summit in Spain, May 2019. I was impressed then by his wide view of how to heal body and mind. I did not know that when sitting there, I had a tumor growing slowly in my bladder. Later in october, same year, I was faced with my growing worry ; Something is really wrong! Diagnosed and then surgery, the next step was to undergo treatment with BCG (Bacillus tuberculosis) instillations in the bladder for three years to prevent a new tumor. This treament has been used as a standard of care for 40 years and still nothing better and safer have been found. I was shocked and knew that this was not to be my choice. When I got in contact with Dr. Jeremy Ayres, though Phil Escott, I emidiately knew I needed to work with him for a whole year. It is impossible to describe in a few words the work he guided me through during this year. He gave me a protocol to work from and our talks helped me realise how I lost my health and also how to work with myself to get it back. It is important to tell that the healtcaresystem in my country totally respected my decision and that I have still no signs of new tumors growing. I can not imagine any other person who could have given me a better help to heal, and I could never ever have done this on my own. When I first met Jeremy I had been ill for approximately 14 years. I had always wanted to get to the root of the issue and had refused drug treatments entirely. I had, however, had extensive surgery and had been left with some debilitating issues which had, slowly but surely, taken over my life and left me anxious, depressed and virtually housebound. I had lost any confidence that I previously had, having hardly left the house for approximately 10 years. I had sought and found ways to keep myself physically healthy in terms of avoiding the return of the progressive disease, but the situation had left me constantly tired and lacking in energy, focus and motivation. "This might sound cliché but miracles do happen! What started in November 2017, as a common cold and a small “infection” my wife was prescribed (over three months) three different sets of antibiotics by our GP and in a short space of time was the beginning of 18 months of very poor health for her. During these 18 months she had 10 different investigations/X-Rays/consultations (so many tests that I have now lost count), more medication and in the end, they kept saying that they can’t find anything wrong with her and made her feel that nothing is wrong with her. It's so hard to find a doctor that realizes that diseases can be caused by emotion turmoil, poor diet, inadequate sleep as well as infections, toxic exposures and physical trauma and that the best answer is usually not a pill. For the last two years I was experiencing pain in my lower back and hips due to what I think was a serious fall and being hit from the rear in my vehicle. I was told by a medical doctor that it was sciatica that was causing the pain. I was given a muscle relaxant and told to do various exercises like swimming and walking etc. I did. However, the pain was still there so I went to an acupuncturist for a series of treatments, this did not help! So I tried a chiropractor, I got some relief but the pains were back again and manifested itself in other parts of my body. I started my 90 days in January 2022. I am 65 years old and now I physically feel like I am 30 again. I was overweight, tired, with aches and pains in my joints, and fatty liver. I credit the wholeness of this program, from sun gazing and bathing, to rebounding, the interesting supplements and, of course, the carnivore diet. I also credit the inspiring and emotional Q&A’s and the Community that removed any doubts as they cropped up and alleviated fears when unusual symptoms of detox would arise. I started in May, when heart palpitations due to untreated thyroid issues made it difficult to walk. Overweight was also an issue (50 lbs) and I was feeling that diabetes was probably next. I’ve not had a family doctor, so this was all self “diagnosed”.
After just 2 weeks, my energy levels returned and I felt like a new person. Now, after 5 months, I’ve lost 28 lbs and am watching muscle tone gradually return and subtle differences in my energies. Whilst searching for a way to help my husband heal his health I came across Dr Jeremy’s protocol and I decided we should both do it so I could support him along the way. After the first few weeks, I had a severe detox and felt awful for about 2 weeks. Dr Jeremy assured me it was all part of the process and I continued on.
I cannot believe how much this has transformed my life. I have SO much more energy than I can have imagined, have an overall feeling of well-being and I am the weight I was when I was 20. I started on the new moon in April 2022 and within the first 90 days had dropped 2 stone (12.5kg). More importantly, I’m 54 and all my issues which I put down to peri-menopause - inflammation, headaches and sleep problems - vanished. I now know they were mostly symptoms of toxicity.

I have not completed my journey, I still have some trauma to release and I know this because my body is still reacting and releasing. I pulled my car over when I was listening to Mark Attwood chat to Jeremy about a 90 day challenge. That was in January 2022. It was perfect timing for me, so I signed up there and then. I had hit an all-time low with my recurring eczema and knew I needed to do something.
I am 57 now and since the start of January, I have lost 2 stone easily and my weight has never been an issue since. I wasn't overweight, but I now feel really healthy and confident. I had been a vegetarian since the age of 8 a healthy one or so I thought! .... till I had a 1 to 1 with Jeremy! "Just start with bacon" he said! I haven't looked back since! I love meat!
The Telegram channel and Zooms are my addiction now. A mine of information with such wonderful people chatting from all around the world. I feel amazing in so many ways, mentally and physically, but my happiness more recently comes from my son and how he has come off the dreaded vapes. He is on a mission now to be the healthiest he can. All because I met Jeremy... He always said "they are watching and listening..." and my son Ben was.

First of all, I need to express my deepest gratitude to Jeremy. I started my journey on this way of eating 3 months ago and I am extremely grateful for all the positive changes already happening and for the knowledge I am receiving. I was vegan/plant based for 3 years, prior to this. Before that, I was following on and off a ketogenic diet as I was also coaching, educating healthcare professionals and patients about the ketogenic diet. I became vegan thinking I was doing an amazing thing for my health. Initially it seemed that way...until it didn't.
After about 1 year of being vegan, I started to have more and more issues, flair-ups, so when I came across the conversation between Mark and Jeremy, (I don't believe in coincidences), I knew I had to pay attention and needed to know more and give it a try. I have to admit, I was very skeptical. I mean I was vegan, and "knowledgeable" about nutrition since I had been studying it in the last 23 years because medication and symptom management was not an acceptable option for me. Well, it was almost shocking how much information I never heard about before and certainly not the way Jeremy is teaching it.
Now I have no doubt that I will be able to solve and keep under control my issues and if anything else should surface, I know I can count on Jeremy's incredible knowledge, intuition and support to teach me how to heal myself.
My list of challenges: arthritis, diverticulosis, hypothyroidism, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, sleeping issues, dry skin, huge amount of hair loss while vegan, some extra weight. Pretty much all of it is gone already or on its way to being solved. I've even managed to start practicing yoga. I needed half a day before just to feel half human, never mind to be able to exercise. Healing is sometimes a bumpy road, but it is a beautiful, individual journey and growth.
I am extremely grateful for this knowledge and also to be part of a support group where we can share and discuss related topics in a safe environment without judgment.

I am 58 years old. When I found Jeremy Ayres in February 2022, I had suffered from headaches and severe migraines for almost 50 years. I've seen a chiropractor for more than 30 years for constant back pain and tension, as well as migraines, where I got temporary relief. I was diagnosed with manic depression 28 years ago. I've been hospitalized 6 times as well as having 15 ECT (shock) treatments. This has left me with memory loss and brain fog.
After an initial consultation with Jeremy, he explained the source of my health concerns, and assured me that most, if not all of my issues could be corrected. Jeremy designed a protocol specific to me that I found to be very involved, but not difficult. Jeremy says 90 days to 1 year to heal, but after just 35 days on the protocol, I realized that my headaches, migraines and back pain were completely gone. After 8 months on the protocol, my mind is getting clearer, less forgetful. On top of these, my sleep has improved, my hair and nails are healthier, I've lost 25 lbs and I am rarely hungry, with greater energy.
My husband told me that our first 30 years together have been very challenging, but with Jeremy's help, we are looking forward to our next 30 years being healthier and happier. I appreciate that I can now take this new knowledge to help prevent my children from developing disease and discomfort.

I knew the minute I watched the first Maximise the Light roundtable that this was the place for me to continue my healing journey.
I joined in April 2022 and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. Within weeks, the chronic pain and stiffness in my leg and back had improved dramatically. From going up the stairs on all fours, I very quickly went to walking without a limp.
Apart from the physical benefits, the mental clarity and the Zen feeling of groundedness is what I would wish for everyone to experience - the feeling of being able to master anything without being thrown off kilter. It’s amazing! And the sun! I used to wear sunglasses even on cloudy days. Now they have become a hair accessory.
And knowing that there is a whole chosen family of like-minded people cheering you on with understanding, love and no judgement, is truly beautiful. I have been in the MTL group from the start in January. Changing my eating habits to full carnivore was unexpectedly easy. It was as if my body gave a sigh of relief with every meaty meal I ate. My healing did and does not go fast, but baby step by baby step, I'm getting healthier.
I feel in various ways that my body is able to hold more Light. That light shines on emotional things I was not able to look at or work with in the past. I am learning now that working on my shadow side is a hell of a lot easier when standing/being/living in more and more Light, and I can say that everything I've learned here has helped me big time to achieve that.

Dr Jeremy and the protocol came to me at the right time as I was hardly functioning after not taking thyroid medication for 6 months. I could not keep awake and was using a walking stick. I was a hefty 111.7kg when I found Dr Jeremy and the Maximise your Light protocol. I was at a point where I had no appetite and upon seeing the introduction video I felt this sounded great, especially the outcomes mentioned. It was ideal at the time as I felt I was eating for the sake of it. Now I have guidance on eating to heal.
I had a lot of joint pain, hands, shoulders, knees and back OA. I felt uncomfortable. I also had a skin condition related to my liver.
I had dieted from the age of 9-30. After giving up dieting, I blossomed up to 120kg. After divorcing 21 years ago, I only ever managed to get down to 105kg. So anything mentioning the word “diet” I was not interested in, but this being a protocol to heal my body, that made perfect sense to me. I respected what Dr Jeremy had to say as he told it like it is and that’s exactly how I am and I appreciate the truth, no matter how tough it may be to hear at times.
At first, the protocol seemed overwhelming with A LOT of pages of info. However, I just integrated everything as I ordered and received each product! The initial detox and giving up coffee 🤪 was a challenge. I layed on the couch for a few days, nursing a headache and some nausea, but that passed and my energy began to increase. Then there was the support of all the other members on the telegram chat group, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience. It was so comforting that I could turn to them for advice and support🙌❤️ And Dr J answered my pleas for help also🙏🏻
The weight began to fall off me. I absolutely enjoyed eating carnivore as I love meat. The fat took a bit of getting used to as I was raised on low fat and sugar supplements for most of my life. OMAD was easy for me as I had experienced intermittent fasting along my way, as for fasting for 3 days straight... That was challenging initially. I told myself I just need to get thru today. Now I look forward to fasting.
The electrolight drink is great as I know it is good for my body and now plain water tastes funny, lol.
Well, 90 days later and I am 17.6kgs lighter (94.1kg), I have so much energy, I move well, I have no joint pain anymore 😊 my skin condition has faded (work in progress). I feel great, I had to buy new clothes ( such a shame lol). The thing that means a lot to me is I am now lighter than I have been in 28+ years and feeling the best I have felt in my whole life.
I am continuing the protocol with an organic coffee a day, I absolutely love what this has done for me and I am proud of my commitment to me and to my own healing. I am eternally grateful to Dr Jeremy & the group members for their love and support.

Having worked in the fitness and diet industry for over 35 years, I was sceptical of the information and of the program. Well, we have all been fed a lie about everything, so I thought I sit back and wait the 6 weeks, plateau faze and see who fell off the bandwagon.
Then, boom on Feb 14th, I decided to treat myself to a Valentines present and I joined MTL.
I immersed myself in the Q&A’s, as I wanted to learn from first-hand experiences and Jeremy’s wisdom that went against the Pharma, was the key to my healing journey.
I went full carnivore and after a month of lethargy, which wasn’t too demanding, as I knew how to de-excite the nervous system, by doing light exercises as opposed to HITT or long boring bouts of cardio. What has really helped, is Chi and Meditation, coupled with stretching.
The program is great for letting light into the body, so the physical body has to be congruent with this. Protecting our lifeforce avoids stress and burnout. When I found this balance it was a win win for me.
The community is great and everyone encourages the newbies and the bi-weekly Zoom calls are a breath of fresh air, it’s totally unrehearsed, spontaneous and so informal, it can get quite emotional at times, but its great for sharing your issues and getting first-hand experience from Dr J.
Conclusion:
This by far is the best protocol I have followed, I have recommend the group to many of my friends, but they are very sceptical as there are still part of the program, go hard, go home.
