I knew the minute I watched the first Maximise the Light roundtable that this was the place for me to continue my healing journey.

I joined in April 2022 and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. Within weeks, the chronic pain and stiffness in my leg and back had improved dramatically. From going up the stairs on all fours, I very quickly went to walking without a limp.

Apart from the physical benefits, the mental clarity and the Zen feeling of groundedness is what I would wish for everyone to experience – the feeling of being able to master anything without being thrown off kilter. It’s amazing! And the sun! I used to wear sunglasses even on cloudy days. Now they have become a hair accessory.

And knowing that there is a whole chosen family of like-minded people cheering you on with understanding, love and no judgement, is truly beautiful. The humour in Jeremy & Mark’s daily video dairies is brilliant – laughter is so important when things are tough. I’m ready now to move into doing more emotional growth and tackling my fears. Scary as that is, I know that my Maximise the Light family have my back.
